Windows Trecastle, Powys

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife and I live in Trecastle, Powys. Not long ago we were looking for new windows. We felt that it was the time to replace our old, draughty windows and we received some good quotes for Windows in Trecastle.

We were thinking of selling our house, but in this tough economical time we decided that improving it was definitely the right choice. Also when we do come to sell, it will also add to the value of our home as well, so we see it as a good investment.

We chose Conservatory Outlet, having being recommended by someone at work, and receiving a quote from you. We received a follow up call and the customer service was to a very high standard, the sales staff didn’t pressure us in to any decisions – like a couple of other companies tried to. With you we arranged a meeting time and a sales representative came over and showed us all the possibilities for our home.

The pricing was very good as well. The spreadsheet design presented was well crafted; the price was automatically adjusted to cater to our designs. This was very helpful as we were working to a budget, but wanted some nice windows installing.

Our Double Glazed Windows look fantastic and we’re very happy to have done business with you.

Victorian Conservatories

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing on behalf of my husband and myself. We recently purchased a Victorian Conservatory from West Yorkshire Windows. The installers have been around this week, making sure it’s fitted exactly how we want. They were very understanding and extremely helpful when it came to our Conservatory Specifications.

We decided that along with the uPVC Victorian Conservatory, we would have some nice windows fitted that I could clean easily and would open wide. These are called Tilt & Turn Windows, and really look fantastic.

My husband suggested that we get had Bi-Folding Doors installed, I don’t really know much about them, but they work really well and it’s very nice to be able to open the front of the Conservatory fully, especially when the sun is shining.

The fitters were also very good when it came to cleaning up the mess they made. Obviously there was going to be a little bit of mess, but they did well to clean it up as they went. The fitters were very polite as well.

Thank you once again for our beautiful Victorian Conservatory.
