Add A Touch Of Class To Your Home With Patio Doors

Sunday, December 25th, 2011

We all love to make regular use of our back garden especially during the summer months when the kids are off school and barbecue weather is evident. But gaining access to your back garden via the usual traditional door is not the way to make a stylish entrance. Your entrance needs to be noticed and it will be when you purchase a patio door from Conservatory Outlet.

Patio doors offer the most stunning looks and give you simple entry into the rear of your property as and when you want it. Unlock the patio door, slide it to one side and hey presto, you have access like never before. The wide entry point it will offer means that you will have unrestricted access that you sometimes don’t experience with your bog-standard door.

Luckily for you, we supply doors in a variety of different finishes so that you can choose one which enables you to match up your doors with your home or conservatory. Traditional white, golden oak and rosewood are just a few examples of the fantastic colour ranges we can offer, each of which is designed to last and retain its good looks. No sign of wear and tear will ever occur.

The appearance of each of our finishes resembles a timber finish as it consists of a woodgrain effect which to the untrained eye will match anything that timber can offer. In addition, the UPVC frame of our patio doors will insulate your home and keep it out of the reach of cold weather. No draughts will be able to pass through them as they also wouldn’t through all the conservatories we sell.

They can even be installed as a defence mechanism as our patio doors are extremely tough. If they do let you down then you can call upon our lifetime guarantee!

Leading Rugby Side Take Out Conservatory Sponsorship

Monday, December 19th, 2011

One of the UK’s leading home improvement company’s Conservatory Outlet along with network member 5 Star Windows have recently become sponsors of Aviva Rugby Premiership side Worcester Warriors.

5 Star Windows, a Worcester-based firm who supply high-quality conservatories and double glazing to homeowners in the Midlands, were extremely keen to show their support for the local Rugby Union side that have been existence since the 1870’s.

The name and logos of 5 Star Windows and Conservatory Outlet will be proudly displayed around the perimeter of the touchline at Sixways Stadium for the 18 domestic fixtures the club will be hosting this season.

The ground is open seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year for a variety of rugby conferences and events so the hoardings are certain to be viewed by a huge number of people.

The sponsorship deal will give Worcester Warriors the further much-needed investment they need in order to be able to compete against reigning champions Saracens and the other remaining 10 sides, in a league where they currently find themselves in 11th position.

It also gives both conservatory specialists an opportunity to increase brand awareness amongst property owners in the Worcestershire region, an area where there is already a very healthy appetite for home improvements.

5 Star Windows already have an impressive showroom situated on Stanklyn Lane in Kidderminster and are widely viewed as being the leading force for home improvements in the Midlands.

Conservatory Outlet Gains A Footing In Kent

Friday, December 16th, 2011

Eden Windows, Doors & Conservatories of Kent has become the newest member of the Conservatory Outlet network and the seventh installer to join in the last twelve months.

Based in Gillingham, Eden will now supply homeowners in ‘The Garden of England’ with Conservatory Outlet products including conservatories and double glazing; something which will be reflected in the company’s imminent showroom refurbishment. Supported by Conservatory Outlet, Eden have designed what is set to be one of the best conservatory showrooms in Kent and plan to open a second within the next twelve months.

Following the establishment of several dealers in and around London, the South East represented natural progression for Conservatory Outlet as the fabricator strives to achieve full UK coverage via its network of installer-customers.

Similarly Eden was the natural choice within this area because of its experience and success throughout Medway, Canterbury and Tonbridge. Indeed one of Eden’s first orders placed with Conservatory Outlet was for a conservatory with a retail value of £55,000.

As a result of joining the Conservatory Outlet network, Eden will now be the sole recipient of the relevant leads generated by Conservatory Outlet’s main retail-facing website as well as those generated by its own brand new website, also provided by Conservatory Outlet.

The installer will also benefit from provisions of high quality bespoke brochures, a 24/7 electronic quoting and ordering system, and the trade secrets of many other successful installers within the network.

‘I’ve always felt that a Conservatory Outlet dealer would prosper in Kent because of the style of properties and relatively affluent demographic in the area. I’m delighted that this dealer is Eden Windows.’ said Greg Kane, sales director of Conservatory Outlet.

Commenting on the partnership Paul Kelly, managing director of Eden Windows, said; ‘Conservatory Outlet dealers are among the best installers in the country and I wanted Eden Windows to be part of this elite network. What’s more, within days of our new website going live we started to receive leads which have now been converted into sales and finished installations.’

Local Man Benefits From The Kindness Of West Yorkshire Windows

Tuesday, December 13th, 2011

West Yorkshire Windows, Conservatory Outlet and Custom Glass collectively came to the rescue of a 91-year-old man who had been without windows in the front of his house for almost two years.

The man’s house in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, had been subject to continued vandalism by youths from the area in recent years. When the single glazed windows at the front of the house were smashed in 2010, the local victim support charity were only able to board the windows up, leaving the living room, main bedroom and bathroom with no natural light.

Following further vandalism at the property earlier this year, PC Chris Schofield of West Yorkshire Police, decided to go beyond the call of duty by appealing to local businesses that could potentially help to repair the victim’s home and improve the quality of his life.

‘It seemed that the young people in the area thought it was ok to vandalise the property because it already looked in such a poor state – I felt that a new set of windows would go a long way towards preventing repeat vandalism, as well as vastly  improving the living conditions for the owner,’ said PC Schofield.

Wakefield-based West Yorkshire Windows was PC Shofield’s first port of call and the conservatories company showed no hesitation in offering its support by agreeing to supply and install double glazing completely free of charge.

As a member of the Conservatory Outlet network of dealers, West Yorkshire Windows enjoys a close relationship with its main supplier and after hearing about these exceptional circumstances, Conservatory Outlet opted to manufacture and supply the frames at no cost. This generosity was matched by West Yorkshire Windows’ glass supplier, Custom Glass, who also donated the double glazed units.

Needless to say West Yorkshire Windows – shortlisted for the G11 Installer of the Year Award – covered the installation of the casement windows and even finished the job with a new pair of curtains in time for when the elderly man returned to his home, after a period in respite care.

Jo-ann Bowles, sales manager at West Yorkshire Windows, said; ‘As a well-known and successful company, we found ourselves in a position to make a really big difference to a local man’s life and to reward the genuinely extraordinary work of PC Schofield – we simply couldn’t say no. A big thank you must also go to Conservatory Outlet and Custom Glass for contributing to this cause.’

A close friend of the elderly man who oversaw the installation praised West Yorkshire Police, PC Schofield and triple glazing specialists West Yorkshire Windows for their efforts.

Home Living Is Best Enjoyed In A Conservatory

Sunday, December 4th, 2011

Cutting the front and back lawns of your home are something you will not have to think about doing for the next few months. Nor will you be able to get out and enjoy the garden as much as you should have done this summer. But that does not mean that you cannot enjoy your garden in other ways! A conservatory is the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy the garden in all weathers.

Anyone who buys conservatories should expect their chosen installer to position it in a place where it will benefit from the most amount of natural sunlight. Not only that, but it should also be put in close proximity to the back garden, so that you feel as if you could almost reach out and touch it.

You should get a full view of your back garden so that you can sit and admire it rain, wind or shine. A conservatory will also come with double glazing ready-installed so that you don’t need to panic about it becoming too cold during the winter months. Even in the summer your windows will do their best to make sure that it doesn’t feel overly hot, reflecting away any excess heat.

It is entirely up to you how you utilise a conservatory as there are many different possibilities. Some will look to transform it into a separate dining room, while others may prefer to use it as a base from which they can work away from the office. Whatever you decide to do, make sure that it is entirely beneficial to the whole of the family so that everyone can enjoy it together as it really is a location for all the family.

Want to bring further warmth into the confines of your home? How about buying some replacement windows!

Improve Your Home With Some French Elegance

Monday, November 28th, 2011

Your front or back door can speak volumes about your property. We use them on a daily basis, but often fail to give them the attention they deserve. This is surprising when you consider that they are generally the central entrance points into your home. However we at Conservatory Outlet are aware of a door that you will take tremendous pride in each and every time you use it.

French doors offer something completely different to a traditional front or back door in terms of its beauty, practicality and the way it can be opened. Consisting of two separate doors, a French door will open both inwards and outwards, presenting you with the opportunity to ventilate your property in a way that you can’t with any other type of door.

We also promise that a French door will illuminate the entire interior of your home as when it comes into contact with direct sunlight it will transfer large amounts of it inside. This will make your home that bit more welcoming and inviting throughout the day and will hopefully encourage you to invite more of your friends and family over.

Before installing your new doors, we will visit your property and custom-build them so that you have something which only serves to complement the rest of your home. You can choose from a total of 9 stylish finishes to further help match them up to the existing appearance of your property and give it a huge lift.

The quality of French, patio doors and conservatories sold at Conservatory Outlet is unquestionable which is why we now offer a lifetime guarantee on all our products. This covers you in the event that your chosen item fails you and is provided at no extra cost. So what are you waiting for?

Tight Squeeze? Try A Lean-To Conservatory

Tuesday, November 22nd, 2011

If you live in an already small home and are starting to run out of space your options could be seen as being fairly limited. You put up with things as they are, move elsewhere, or try and extend your property in some way. Conservatory Outlet has the perfect home extension solution for those who have no interest in selling their home and want to stay exactly where they are.

Lean to conservatories are a smaller yet sleeker version of Victorian conservatories, but they still offer a huge amount of new living space to those desperate for extra room. Even those who live in a bungalow and home with a low-pitched roof who require a further living area can take advantage of a lean to conservatory, or as some refer to it the Mediterranean conservatory or sunroom.

A lean-to conservatory will also bring you that bit closer to your back garden so that you can really feel as if you are close to nature without even having to leave your extension. The amount of light that hits your conservatory will be enormous and is sure to put you in a great mood whenever you happen to utilise it.

One of the main incentives to buy all your conservatories at Conservatory Outlet comes down to the fact that we provide a lifetime guarantee on all our products. We believe in delivering the highest quality of craftsmanship, but if your conservatory ever happens to let you down in some way then you can be rest assured that we will solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

If you are finding it hard to believe that a lean to conservatory would fit into the back garden of your home then why not come and see it with your own eyes at your local Conservatory Outlet showroom.

G11 Awards Nominations For Clearview And West Yorkshire Windows

Saturday, November 19th, 2011

West Yorkshire Windows and Clearview Home Improvements – both part of Conservatory Outlet’s network of dealers – have been shortlisted in separate categories at this year’s annual G11 awards.

The G Awards are the most prestigious double glazing and conservatories industry awards and to be shortlisted companies must demonstrate total pride and professionalism in every aspect of their business from sales and marketing to design and installation, right through to after-sales service.

West Yorkshire Windows are one of four shortlisted companies in the Installer of the Year category, and Clearview Home Improvements have been named as a finalist in the Conservatory Installer of the Year category.

The former was a founder member of the Conservatory Outlet network of dealers and the latter has been a Conservatory Outlet dealer ever since its establishment in 2008.

Wakefield-based West Yorkshire Windows also has luxury indoor showrooms in Leeds and Doncaster and has been trading continuously for over 18 years. The company will face stiff competition from three other very successful installers; Sherborne, KJM Windows and Alumet Systems.

Clearview Home Improvements now has four showrooms following the recent opening of a Nantwich branch and was also shortlisted in the G10 awards last year. To be victorious this year the North-West dealer company will have to outshine Charles Christianson, P&P Glass and Sherborne.

The winners will be announced live at the prestigious G11 Awards & Gala Dinner which will be hosted by comedian Sean Lock at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, on 25 November.

Conservatory Outlet Boss Makes The Cut

Sunday, November 13th, 2011

Matthew Glover, Managing Director of Conservatory Outlet, one of the country’s leading home improvement companies, has ranked highly in Window Industries annual top 30 influential list.

Window Industries is a monthly magazine for double glazing, door and conservatory fabricators and installers and is the longest established magazine for the UK’s fenestration industry.

Each year the publication lists who it feels are the top 30 most influential people in the window, conservatories and door industry and Matthew finished a very respectable 6th in the list.

The editor of Window Industries had this to say about Matthew and his company:

“Conservatory Outlet is perhaps the most influential fabricator in the UK currently, having set the standard for marketing that many others are now trying to emulate, but so far few if any are showing signs of the success enjoyed by Conservatory Outlet and its customers.

Still everywhere in the market, despite dropping out of GlassTalk, Matthew seems to have a finger in every blog, pie, cause and charity.

With Conservatory Outlet, Matthew Glover has created a hugely successful and unique fabricator business model. The Conservatory Outlet network comprises of a relatively small number of installation companies – 17 at present – but serves approximately 50% of the UK per capita.

The network continues to grow both organically and with the addition of other successful regional installers, attracted by the fabricator’s lead generation and marketing support.

A renowned blogger and one of the founders of GlassTalk Live, Matthew has recently become the vice chairman of the GGF Marketing & Communication Committee, being influential in the decision to redevelop the GGF website.”
